Privacy Policy

Effective March 2026

Wren is a personal email briefing service operated by an individual founder. This policy explains plainly what data we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us:

We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral analytics, or advertising. We do not collect browser data, device identifiers, or location beyond what you explicitly tell us.

If you sign up via the website, Cloudflare Turnstile performs a lightweight bot-detection check. Turnstile does not track you across the web and does not use cookies for advertising.

How we use it

Everything you share is used for one purpose: generating your briefing. Your data is never sold, rented, or used for any purpose other than running your personal Wren account.

Payment data

If you subscribe to Wren Pro, payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number or full payment details — Stripe handles all payment processing and is PCI-compliant. We receive only your email address and subscription status from Stripe to manage your account plan.

Third-party infrastructure

We use a small number of providers to operate the service:

Each provider has its own privacy policy. Your data is not shared with them beyond what is technically necessary to operate the service.

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all data — including your database, profile, and email address — is permanently removed within 24 hours. Stripe retains payment records independently, subject to their retention policy and legal requirements.

Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data. Contact us at the address below to exercise these rights.
